Pursuant to the Tennessee Safe Drinking Water Act (Tennessee Code Annotated 68-221-701 et seq.) and in accordance with the Sanitary Survey Manual of Community Public Water Supplies, the Oak Ridge, Tennessee Water Treatment Plant managed and operated by ETMC received a numerical rating of 100. ETMC management was also cited for implementing numerous innovative techniques to improve plant optimization.
ETMC supervises heavy equipment/light vehicle maintenance and provides roads and grounds support.
