Affordable Housing

HOPE VI

The HOPE VI project was a part of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) initiative for affordable housing under a program to redesign the face of public housing across America. The project was funded by HUD and the Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC). ETMC, through its subsidiary, Pyramid Development, LLC, was contracted as Construction Manager to demolish a post World War II low-income family housing community and to construct multiple single and duplex family units. The project was successfully completed in 1999.
