ETMC provided all labor, materials, equipment, transporation and supervision (On-Site Manager) to oversee the renovations and painting of Tunnel of Building 8 at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. This project consisted of tuck-point of the interior 9000 SF of the tunnel brick walls after lead abatement; removal, disposal and replacement of sixteen existing windows; painting the inside of the tunnel; removal of the existing tunnel overhead lighting fixtures prior to the lead abatement process; and re-lamp and replace the existing fixtures.
